From One Idea to a World of Sweet Gold
Captain Candy started with one idea. Candy lovers needed a place where they could explore sweets from all around the world in a fun, themed environment. Our founders and, Gabriel and Nikoll Gjergji, set out with a simple vision: to offer limitless variety, unforgettable experiences, and the highest quality sweets. Their journey led them around the world, exploring different cultures and searching for the most exceptional candies each place had to offer. Today, those discoveries fill our boutiques, where customers can mix and match their favorites and explore unique sweets they’ve never encountered before. There was no single destination offering more than 150 international treats in one experience, so the founders created their own. They defined candy as sweet gold and built a boutique that felt like boarding a ship filled with barrels, chests, colors, and discovery.
Expanding Across Europe and Beyond
From one boutique in Madrid, Captain Candy expanded into major countries including Spain, Germany, Turkey, Netherlands and the USA. Several locations feature two floors, allowing larger displays and more product variety. The brand also entered theme parks through partnerships with Warner Bros and other entertainment destinations. Each new opening introduced more visitors to the sweet gold experience.
As the brand expanded, the team created a dedicated logistics company to support it. Gj Giant sources products from around the world, manages a large warehouse, and restocks boutiques the same day they request inventory. This keeps every location fresh and ready for visitors. Gj Giant also prepares materials like barrels, ropes, and chests to build new boutiques as the brand grows.
Captain Candy continues to focus on quality, freshness, and immersive design. The mission is simple. Bring happiness to customers through global sweets and a space created for curiosity. Visitors of all ages can explore, choose their favorites, and enjoy a moment that feels playful and memorable.
